Inflatable kayak with plywood transom - KaBoat! Can be used as a regular kayak, just
paddle anywhere you want, ocean, bay, river or lake. If you get tired, use
electric or gas engine installed on marine grade plywood transom.
Use it as an inflatable boat with outboard engine. If battery
charge or gas is low, then use as a kayak to paddle to your destination.
 Extremely
portable, will fit in medium size bag. Now you can go on vacation and take small
KaBoat with you along with optional small electric or gas engine. Main benefit
is that if you will get tired paddling, then use engine to get back ashore.
Very stable. You can stand and do fly fishing or get to that
narrow spot where other boats can't go to get best fishing.
 Optional electric motor can act as a Ride-Assist. Just put
speed throttle to the 1st speed and it will help rowing. On 1st speed electric
engine can run around 12 hours depending on battery size. 30 lbs electric
engine

Benefits of KaBoat Vs. conventional
Kayak or Inflatable Boat:
- Conventional kayak requires
significant storage space due to its large dimensions. But KaBoat can
be folded, portable, and easily transported and stored in a small car
trunk, closet, or RV storage bin.
- Kayak can be only paddled, but KaBoat
allows you to use small engine to cover larger distance, or when kayaker
is too tired to paddle.
- KaBoat is much more stable than a
conventional kayak, allowing standing and walking inside the KaBoat.
In fact, you can fish standing or even ride while standing.
- KaBoat can be used for diving,
snorkeling, and fishing, but not many conventional kayaks can offer
similar functionality.
- Due to the high buoyancy, KaBoat can
transport much larger cargo than regular kayaks.
- KaBoat allows you to go to the narrow
or shallow places where regular inflatable boat will not go. Just
raise an engine and paddle anywhere at least 5" deep.
- Due to the smaller chambers it is
much easier and faster to inflate KaBoat than a regular inflatable
boat. Only 3-5 minutes with electric pump or 10 with a hand pump.
- Because of narrow profile of the
KaBoat and a much lower drag than a wide conventional inflatable boat,
KaBoat can go faster with same rating engine than comparable size
inflatable boat.
- KaBoat can also be used as a dinghy
to the yacht or sailboat, but takes less space when deflated and
folded.
- KaBoat cost is much less than any inflatable
dinghies available today.
